The Kitchen

The Reindeer exists for one reason: to serve the very best produce we can get our hands on. Great ingredients have a story behind them: the people who raise them, grow them and care for them. Our responsibility is to honour that work by cooking with skill, restraint and attention to detail.

The menu changes with the seasons and the ingredients lead the way. It is also shaped by how I like to eat: a bit of this, a bit of that, passing dishes round the table and trying everything. Many of our dishes are designed with that in mind. But there are no rules here. Eat however you like.

Simple in principle. Uncompromising in execution.
